These are long lasting hickory chips because of there size. They come in sticks about three inches to four inches long and about one inch thick so they last much longer than traditional chips. These are great for almost any smoker and perfect for the stainless steel smoker boxes used on gas grills. Comes in a box with about 4 pounds of hickory sticks.
